Nirapon (safe place in Bangla) is an industry-led nonprofit that works with global brands, retailers, manufacturers, and other NGOs to create and sustain a culture of workplace safety in Bangladesh factories.
Peerless Clothing Inc. has been a Nirapon member since 2024. We collaborate with Nirapon leadership and members to support the Nirapon Safety Management Program, which provides educational resources, reporting tools, and management guidance that helps our factory partners advance worker and workplace safety. The work we do together supports factory workers’ human rights, protects factory assets, and drives ethical, sustainable growth in the manufacturing industry.
