Company History:
Peerless Clothing is North America’s industry leader in men’s and boys’ tailored clothing. Most of its selection is sold to the majority of Canadian and American specialty store retailers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager(s) in the staffing process (receive and screen resumes according to hiring criteria, prepare and
schedule interviews, etc.).
Greet new employees.
Perform pay-related transactions.
Ensure the administrative management, planning and organization of training.
Ensure the administrative management of employee benefits (health insurance plans, pension plans, miscellaneous
allowances, etc.).
Assist Manager(s) in the application and compliance of regulations related to human resources management.

Participate in the development and implementation of the health and safety policy and program.
Participate in the development of human resources policies and regulations, standards and hiring procedures.
Maintain employee records.
Participate in various committees related to human resources.
Update computerized files of the Human Resources Department.
All other related tasks.

Education:

College Attestation (AEC) or Diploma (DEC) in human resources or the equivalent.

Excellent computer skills.

Good knowledge of English.
